The average person makes a judgement call based on the first 30 seconds of meeting someone! In my 30 seconds I want you to know I CARE! I believe in the basic philosophy in treating my customers "As if they clothe and feed me, and my family". In all honesty you do, and since that is the case then you should be treated as such. I am here to relieve your stress, to make the decision of selling or buying a home as painless, and uncomplicated as possible, if not then I am not doing my job! I work with a full time licensed partner Gary Shannon, he and his wife Judy (one of our full time assistants) understand the same philosophy, this is the fundamental part of our business. We want to make your experience one that will make you want to come back, and be our ambassadors to your friends and family. Areas of Expertise

Gary and I are both very versatile in our business we have experience in both commercial, industrial, recreational, and residential. My experience as a former designer adds inside knowledge to the high end market, being able to understand and market your property in a unique way. It also comes in handy to those who are looking at the fixer uppers, and can not see the vision in there minds eye yet as to where the potential lies. Also hand in hand is my experience in general contracting and blueprinting that makes new home construction an easier task to understand market and explain. Gary's experience in commercial dealings, investing and managing enables him to show investors and first time home buyers the dollar side of the story. The key is to never stop learning and keeping our focus on the products we market and the market place we sell them in, and that is our expertise.
