I am so excited that the tax credit has been extended. I have several 1st time home buyers who were just not able to make it happen in this first go round. Now with the extension it looks as though their dreams of owning a home will finally come true.

I know of a few who are needing to downsize and can take advantage of the $6,500. I am thrilled to be in a business where I get to help people.

Today I have been making calls. It is not easy to call people you don't know. It is just another day of getting bolder and learning new techniques. Sorry folks I am not the best speller in the world.

I have been taking a class that is really pushing me out of my comfort zone. I am overwhelmed each week when I leave. I know that in the end it will pay off. I will be a better agent. That is priceless. I have called FSBOs, expired and withdrawn listing. I am amazed by the response I have been getting.

I have been trying to work on some fliers to get out to my farm area. It seems the hardest thing is coming up with the right content. I am so overwhelmed by it. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear from you. My goal is to get fliers out once a month. I have ideas in my head it is hard to get them onto paper. Then the whole designing them to look good is another story.

Being on active rain is way cool. It will take me a while to learn it all. There are so many options.
