The real estate market in the Atlanta area is picking up. Just over the past couple of weeks, our office has received more offers/contracts right now than they have had total in the past 2 months. Suprisingly, some of those contracts were multiple offer scenarios. Interest rates are still holding low for now. Word on the street is they will be going up in the not so distant future...
