The Sherry and Maria Team just listed a home for sale in the South Forsyth high school district in a community tucked away directly behind the high school, called Woodland Park. Priced at $470,000, the home barely sat on the market as we are under contract within 4 days.
Did I mention that we were already showing that home to buyers prior to listing the home for sale? That's incredible ... especially in this market.
