As I go through my database on a daily basis and I look at the number of calls and email I receive regrding DC Ranch Foreclosures and Silverleaf Foreclosure homes, I can't believe the amount!!!!!! LET ME CLARIFY.....I can't believe the LACK OF INVENTORY!!!!! 5 ACTIVE HOMES in DC RANCH AND SILVERLEAF TOTAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is more important now more than ever to get on my foreclosure list! You have to be ready to pull the trigger and have financing or letters from your financial institution ready to go before submitting an offer! If the market in this area is at the levels it is at now, what do you think the market will look like in 5 years from now???? I honestly believe that this area is about as SAFE as an investment in the LONG TERM as it gets! Buy now and hold and I would bet my career on it (barring major deterioration of our entire economy as a whole)
Seriously, if you want a great investment, email me and especially my Canadians! Your dollar is up 7% from 2 months ago and any Canadian buying in Arizona should be really considering making the leap!

What are the best schools in North Scottsdale? What are the schools in North Scottsdale? Are there Private Schools in North Scottsdale? Religous schools in North Scottsdale? What are the boundries for the schools? These are just some of the questions many of my clients inevitably ask when moving to North Scottsdale, so I thought I would post a blog about the North Scottsdale Elementary, Middle and High Schools. As a proud parent of 3 young boys (Yes it is a lot of work but obviously very fun), I GET WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!!! If you don't have kids, it often flies over the radar... Fortunately, we have friends in all the schools and will happily give you our take on the schools, but please remember, it is our take! The nice thing about schools in North Scottsdale is the AIMS scores and ALL of the schools are EXCELLING, which is the highest grade given to the schools by the Arizona Department of Education!

Just wanted to thank EVERYONE for all the great comments on my blog about DC Ranch Real Estate, Silverleaf Homes and the surrounding areas! The stats are amazing and I want all my clients (present and future) as well as all that are not my clients, to be informed on the DC Ranch and the 85255 market!
We have seen a huge swing in inventory in DC Ranch! 3 months ago we had over 250 listings in DC Ranch and Silveleaf. That number sits at 142 today and I personally know of 12 homes that are pending sale that don't show up yet!!! If you were trying to time the market, you have lost a little bargaining power!!! However, historically it is still an incredible, no brainer investment!!!! The demand for DC Ranch and the emails I receive on a DAILY basis for DC Ranch is incredible.
