Yesterday, a new FHA loan limit was passed! THE NEW FHA LIMIT IS $346,250!!!!!!!! That means you can buy a home/condo at $358,369 with 3.5% Down!!!!!!(Only $12,119 down) This will inevitably spur more activity and continue the drop in inventory for the 4th consecutive month in Phoenix! Despite the media, there are some great indicators that we are near the bottom....Not saying it will turn around overnight, but we were at 58,000 homes 4 months ago and we are at 50,000 now. We are seeing 1200 pending sales this month and with this new limit, I am certain we will drop another few thousand by end of summer!
This makes North Scottsdale Condos and smaller single family homes a terrific buy with rates at below 5%! These are the types of rates you'll look back on and say...."I wish I would have"!!!! Have a great day and spread the news by sending this to as many people as you want!
