Why you should be Living at Trintiy Point

Trinity Point is located in Southwest Wichita at 44th and Hoover Rd. It is a quiet Community on the outskirts of Wichita with easy access to major thoroughfares. When completed there will be approximately 360 homes.

The Developers have donated a portion of the property to the City of Wichita for a park. The playground equipment and walking area should be completed by 03-31-09.

Our Special Assessments are just under $85 per month. Since the land was donated for the park it eliminated the need for a Home Owners Association. We do however have common sense Restrictive Covenants.

When asked why our Homeowners picked Trinity Point the answer is always the same. It's quiet, low traffic, and just far enough away to feel like you are in the country but close enough you can be anywhere in the City in under 20 minutes. "Yes we do get Pizza delivery."

Gray Construction, Inc. has been building Homes since 1981. Billy the owner is onsite everyday and can be seen wearing a tool belt or driving a loader. We tried putting him in the office and putting dress clothes on him. We even bought him a new truck so he would look good just driving by the homes a couple of times a week. He only lasted about a week and said "I am not a windshield Builder, I'm hands on. If a Buyer needs to talk to me or has a queston they should be able to do it in person not over the phone or through me Super."

Billy is the one with out the hood pulled over his head. His Mom always told him to keep his ears covered.

So if you are looking for a quality Home, direct contact with the Builder, laid back Lifestyle, and Common Sense Living, Trinity Point is for you.

The Model is open Daily from 1:00 - 5:00 except Thursday. Or if you need to make an appointment you can contact me at 316-729-3736.

Hope to see you there.

BREAKING NEWS!!! The Sky is not Falling

Watching the news is how I start every morning. A year ago it was all I watched. It had been my way of life for 4 years while my son was in the Marine Corp. When he was deployed in Iraq I even slept with the TV on Fox news. Even though I knew if something happened to him there was an agreement between the news stations andthe DOD not to report until the family had been notified. It became my addiction.

He has been home for a year now and I have weaned my way down to first thing in the morning, 3:00 so I can see how the market closed, 6:00 just in case, and 10:00 what if the world stopped spinning and I didn't feel it.

So what would it be like if they took the 24 hour news cycle and filled it with fun stuff like a good car chase in LA they always have the best ones. Or strange stories about zoo animals escaping. Just anything but the constant doom and gloom. Every news channel. No bad news for 3 days.

We can always change the channel and stop watching but what if we had no choice. No bad news to be found.

Would the mood of the public change? Would people start to feel hopefull again?

Our First Day of Snow and Ice

The weather reports warned us the day before it was coming. Ice, snow, and 40 mph winds.

I start planning a day of house cleaning, making a big pot of stew, relaxing in front of the fire place and playing video games until my thumbs fall off.

Boy was I wrong. The phone has been ringing since 9:30 AM. It seems my idea of staying inside during bad weather is just that my idea. My couples who have been on the fence seem to have been blown off by the 40 mph wind. Hopefully by the end of the day the ice will be to thick for them to climb back up there.

What brings people out in this kind of weather? Tomorrow the weather reports show a big happy full sized sun with no clouds or wind running through it. The things we are willing to do.

Well I have to bundle up and head back.

Wish me luck.

Support the Efforts of the Girl Scouts

One of the Home Owners at Trinity Point is the Leader of a troop of Girl Scouts who will graduate from High School this year. They need your support to take an Alaskan Cruise. After all their years of contributing and providing all of us with Girl Scout Cookies every February it's time we can help them out. Please try to attend the Open House if and pick up some unique gifts or treats for your Christmas party.

You can stop by the Model while you're there.
