I was able to kill two birds with one stone yesterday. My mobile fee minimum before 5pm is $20, after 5pm is $50. 7pm I got a call from a family in Morton Grove, Illinois needing a loan mod witnessed. I had a very long day and was not interested in bartering my $50 minimum but they persisted. I agreed to meet them half way at a coffee shop in Skokie, Illinois at 9pm. 8pm comes along and I received a lead from notarypublicdirectory.com. I notice her zipcode is Park Ridge, Illinois. I contacted this client and asked her if she was able to meet me at the same Starbucks at 9pm as well and offered her the same $20 fee as the other family.

Everything went perfectly. Prompt arrival by all parties allowed me to get there and back to my home office in 40 minutes, $40 richer and caffeinated!
