Seems like the pricing in Tampa finally bouncing along a bottom. Houses that are in average to good condition and priced according to similar solds going under contract quickly. I really need more listings as mine are all under contract or going under contract!
I am looking for a motivated seller with a home in Tampa Palms, Grand Hampton with over 4000 sq.ft house. If you can sell your home quickly 30 days or less call me ASAP. Must be motivated!
Condos in Tampa Bay area going cheap to cash buyers because lenders are not lending! Because of strict criteria many condo communities are not on the approved list. Prices continue to drop! Eventually this will turn around but in the mean time these can be a great deal for investors!
Just this past week 3 of my short sales were approved. Could it be that inventory of these properties will finally diminish? Would be great for prices. Not sure what a short sale, contact me for a free info package.
Buyers make sure you review the budgets of condos you are considering purchasing! Many condo reserves are going in the red due to non collection of monthly fees from abandoned properties or bank owned. Associations may contemplate a hike in monthly fees to cover shortage! You buy thinking it is $200 a month move in to find out it will double!
