Just wanted to let everyone know that tody is Bosses Day. How many of you remembered to day was bosses day and took your boss out for lunch, or bought him or her a bosses day card. You know that it would have been nice and show that you cared. We have to be nice to our bosses especially in these hard times. Unemployment is the highest its been in decades. Heres to all the bosses out there have a great day and keep smiling.
Is everyone still having as hard a time as I am with short sales. I have not had a short sale go easily. They have been nightmares. I just lost another buyer because the bank dragged their feet. This is the fourth customer I lost since the first of the year. The first one was a cash a buyer he waited six months and never got an answer. The most recent one waited for months and Friday the other realtor called after we sent the cancellation of contract in and now the bank said they will answer in 24 hours and we could possibly close 72 hours after that. Isnt amazing on how fast they want to close now. My buyer said they made me wait till now and now they want to put pressure me and put a rush on it. He said no way will he buy it now. I just would like to know if anyone else is having these types of problems with short sales.
