Jupiter Oceanfront Condos - Market Snapshot Summary
So what is selling on the Jupiter Oceanfront?
Well there have been 44 condos sold (closed on the RMLS) since 10/1/2008. The prices have ranged from a high of $1,150,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 2,872 sq foot condo at Jupiter Yacht Club to a low of $165,000 for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom - 860 sq foot condo at SeaRise. The average days on market for these 44 properties was 222 days. The average selling price was $355.098 and the average list price was $408,573. So the average selling price to list price discount was 15%!
There are currently 285 condos on the market between the Intracoastal and the Atlantic Ocean in Jupiter including 11 condos that are currently under contract.

I have the good fortune of working with Waterfront Properties and Club Communites and their agents. We have been launching new websites targeting each of the specialty markets that they serve. The latest site is the new West Palm Beach Golf Homes site targeting Ibis Golf and Country Club homes for sale.
The site provides access for Buyers and Sellers to see what is on the market by community. Most Realtors in the area know Ibis, but very few know each of the communities in the Ibis Community. Neighborhoods like Bay Pointe, Cranes Pointe, Egret Pointe, Egret Lakes and Hawks Landing are some of the luxury communities at Ibis.
