Heritage Point, located in Barnegat, NJ invites you to enjoy a relaxinglifestyle with their resort amenities with a spectacular location. This adult community, being built by Mignatti, boasts 2 stunning clubhouses, one is 9,622 sq. ft. and the other is over 15,000 sq. ft. They feature an Olympic size indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, gyms, tennis courts, horseshoe area, bocce courts, chipping and putting greens, as well as a TV and sports lounge. The monthly Homeowner's Association fee is $120. and includes use of both clubhouses, management fees, lawn care, snow removal, and maintenance of all common areas.
The model homes range from 1320 sq. ft. to the newest model which is 3075 sq. ft. Many models have options for sunrooms, basements, and lofts, and feature hardwood floors in the entryway, ceramic tile in bathrooms, 13 SEER central air, gas heat, energy efficient construction, and more. Homes are priced from about $279,000 and up.
Heritage Point recently added more Standard Features to their already large list, including 42" upper cabinets with crown molding in the kitchen, Granite level one kitchen countertops, microwave, kitchen sink spray faucet, 150 AMP electrical service, and many more. They are adding new incentives all the time.
The community also offers resales of many of the models. There are currently 18 homes for sale in Heritage Point ranging anywhere from $279,000 to $508,000. In 2007 11 resale homes sold in this active adult community.
Barnegat is located at Exit 67 off the Parkway and is just minutes to Long Beach Island and 35 minutes to Atlantic City. This picturesque town is on the Barnegat Bay and offers bay beach swimming, fishing, a public dock and pavilion, the Edwin B.
