Having the Short Sale and Foreclosure certified in today's market is a necessity. For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new "traditional" real estate transaction. Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today's market - they are critical. I am certified in making offers and list Short Sales and Foreclosures in today's market and know communication is pertinent to close for both parties as quickly and professionally as possible. You definitely want someone want a Realtor(R) that knows what do with these type of transactions for YOU!
At Home With Diversity® certification is part of a comprehensive cultural diversity outreach program that will help me in real estate for my clients to diversify my workplace and improve the industry's ability to serve culturally diverse consumers in buying and selling. NAR and HUD undertook a joint effort in 1998 to certify real estate professionals like myself, who are trained regarding cultural diversity and outreach and have made a commitment to a set of diversity principles. The training, built on the letter and spirit of the Fair Housing Act, provides me with tools to build diversity outreach into my business plan to best serve a dynamic and growing market. Allowing me to make offers for properties Internationally and understanding there are different needs.

[Beautiful Aliso Viejo, a masterplanned community]
I prepared myself to jump over into the real estate business as it was always a passion of mine to do in California as I had started real estate back in TX right out of college. Also, my family was in the business all my life back in TX, three generations. As the business was growing and egos were too much for me to handle I left the software company, had another baby and decided to hang my license immediately with a local company that I met networking at our local Chamber of Commerce. I felt that extending our family and my new career would give me more time to make my transition into my somewhat new career. All the knowledge in information technology and my skills in front and back end of computer systems allowed me to do most of the work myself. I didn't need to have someone set up my URL, set up my email, design a website, or assist me with my computers.
