Welcome to this week's weekly Pensacola real estate market report. Pensacola home sales surprisingly jumped the previous 2 weeks, but seem to have dropped off this past week. All of the other data seem rather standard for this buyer's real estate market, but it is good to see a little movement in home sales. Keep an eye on my weekly market reports to keep tabs on the direction the real estate market is moving.

If you have younger children, the Perdido Kids Park is just a mile or so down the road, along with the Big Lagoon State Park. And the beach is just 10 minutes away.

Many other popular Pensacola destinations are under 30 minutes from Shadow Grove.

This article provides a Pensacola real estate market report on the Logan Place subdivision. If you are interested in seeing any homes in the Logan Place subdivision, or any other homes for sale in Pensacola Florida, please feel free to Contact Me for assistance. There is no map available for Logan Place, as it is a brand new subdivision. However, I clipped a map from the area and indicated where Logan Place is on the map by the red thingy. There are many vacant lots still available in Logan Place, and the homes that are currently built are extremely beautiful stucco homes, both in contempory and two-story styles.
Although not common knowledge, I have learned that the builder, Adams Homes, is offering a $10,000 price reduction to buyers on existing homes in Logan Place. This offer is for a limited time (I don't know exactly how long this offer will be in place. Maybe through April, but don't quote me on that. You would be better off calling me and letting me see what kind of deal I can get for you.)

I have lived in Pensacola all of my life. I know the area, the people, and the Pensacola real estate market very well.
I attended Pensacola Junior College and the University of West Florida, where I obtained a BA in Accounting and Information Systems. After graduation I spent many years building and supporting computer networks and the users who rely on them to get their jobs done. This background has given me extensive experience in both technology, and customer service. And that is how I approach my real estate business, by providing old fashioned customer service combined with integration of current technology.
Outside of my real estate career, my interests are centered around my family. I am a devoted husband and father, and I believe we make our world a better place by raising our children with strong moral values, and by getting involved and serving the local community.
I am an avid animal lover of all kinds of animals. When I see a note in the Pensacola MLS that a home has a friendly pet, I often want to see the home just to meet the pet.
One of my favorite places in Pensacola is Bayview Park in East Hill. This park has something for everyone, from walking paths to tennis courts to dog parks to children's play areas, not to mention a spectacular view of the bayou.
I also have a passion for surfing. There seems to be a common misconception that there is no surf in Pensacola. However, nothing could be further from the truth. That's me in the picture on a really good Pensacola wave.
