Welcome to this week's weekly Pensacola real estate market report. Pensacola home sales rose a little from the previous week, but overall, there are no significant changes in this market to speak of. I'll keep posting the weekly reports to keep tabs on the direction the real estate market is moving.

Lillian Woods is located in West Pensacola. It is not within the Pensacola city limits. Lillian Woods is accessible from Lillian Highway, just west of Blue Angel Parkway. Lillian Woods location is convenient to the Perdido Key Florida beaches and local Pensacola military bases Pensacola Naval Air Station, Saufley Field, and Corry Field. Many other popular Pensacola destinations are under 30 minutes from Lillian Woods.

Pensacola home sales looked like they were starting to come up the last week in February, but they bottomed out again this past week. We should see sales start to move up about this time of year, but the market if very stagnant at this point. Watch for more weekly updates to see how the market moves as spring comes upon us.

Currently, there are 353 Pensacola home sales pending, which is a hopeful sign that things are starting to get better.
