Highland Lakes, Madison AL: I'm really glad I had my camera today while out driving in Highland Lakes. The weather is perfect and it was so clear, I could see all the way to the rocket and downtown Huntsville.

Our Greek friends are busy organizing A Night in Greece, at the Westin Hotel, Bridge Street, Huntsville AL. There's going to be Greek music and dancing, and check out the Menu for a full description of the food. Can you say Pastitsio, and Fassoulakia Fresca Yahnista? Neither can I, but it sounds wonderful and I can't wait to try it.

There will be a lot going on at the 30th Anniversary Madison Street Festival.

The Parade starts at 8:45 and watch out for the Tail End Parade of four-legged friends in costume.

You'll want to bring a lawn chair so you can sit in the shade and enjoy entertainment, including: the Alabama Blues Brothers. There will be artists, crafts, games, community information, pony rides, a petting zoo magicians.............the list goes on.

The Car and Bike Show hosted by Vets with Vettes will be on Martin Street.

Mark your calendar. This is sure to be a fun event!
