Who is One Savvy Move?

Lori Gilmore is the founder and president of One Savvy Move. A real estate junkie from birth, Lori has always loved houses. She has been known to drive neighborhoods out of curiosity, go to open houses for sport and tour model homes incessantly. She knew this obvious obsession would lead to psychiatric care or to Real Estate Licensing school. Not knowing any good psychiatrists, but living right down the block from Coldwell Banker, Lori chose to throw her line into the real estate waters along with the hundreds that are licensed in Will County each year. She landed at a wonderful firm, Radcliffe Realty in Shorewood, IL.

As she began touring houses and working with buyers, she was amazed that homeowners were leaving so much money on the table when selling a home. Dreary rooms, dated fixtures, cracked tiles, white walls. . .as an experienced rehabber, she knew these were inexpensive, quick fixes. Enter, Home Staging. What a fabulous career!

Blending an artistic eye, knowledge of the real estate market, understanding of what buyers look for and a love for homes, Lori launched One Savvy Move, Home Staging and Room Redesign.
