Aerial Photography - both traditional aerial and 'elevated' photography were we can position the camera up close to the home, but high enough to show it's surroundings better or capture a difficult to photograph house perched on a hill or covered in vegetation.

360° 'virtual tours' - in addition to our dynamic still photography we will allow buyers to literally control the camera and point it left, right, up down and even zoom in on details. Colors are crisp, walls are straight, and best of all - we control the light so viewers can actually see out the windows.

We are lighting experts - we make interiors look alive - sharp, crisp, brilliant colors, and no distracting shadows or flash 'hot spots'.

Video Presentations - we take all the views of the house and assemble them into a nice movie that is posted on YouTube, Google Video, and other sites so people can see your listings anywhere you want them to. Options include music, professional voice-over artists, scripting, and even on-camera talent. We can produce a segment that rivals anything seen on HGTV or give you a simple 'Ken Burns' presentation that is even viewable on a mobile phone.
