If you are looking for Orange Park homes for sale look no further. Orange Park South is located on the boarder of Orange Park and Middleburg. It's easy to find, from Fleming Island just go 5 minutes west on C.R. 220. As you are driving west on C.R. 220 look for 2 silos on the left hand side of the road and that's the entrance to the subdivision.
Orange Park South is great for the first time home buyer or someone looking to downsize to a smaller home. There are over 890 homes in the subdivision with most of the homes built in the 80's and slowly finishing up in the 90's. As I was driving around Fleming Island today looking for a place to eat lunch, I found that the new Hurricane Grill & Wings just opened. It's located behind Home Depot on Town Center Pkwy, near the intersection of East-West Pkwy. The restaurant's atmosphere reminds me of kicking back with some margaritas in Key West. There is plenty of sports action with approximately a dozen big screen TV's. The food is good with their specialty being their wings and with over 31 flavors it's easy to find your favorite.
