The Welch Team

The Team consists of Owen and Warren Welch, lead agents. We are supported by Dolores Bearden, our very talented licensed assistant. Last year we averaged at least one sale per week, and are more than capable of handling residential, commercial and land sales. We specialize in REO and new construction and have many years experience in that arena. We strive to keep current on local customs and codes to ensure that we are experts in land use, construction codes and market/pricing trends. Warren Welch- Warren has been a registered appraiser before becoming a Realtor. Warren's strengths lie in his pricing ability and construction knowledge. Warren is awaiting his Georgia Residential Contractor's License and is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. Warren has completed classes in land use planning, land sales, development, new home sales and construction, foreclosures and REO, buyer and seller representation and many more.

Owen Welch-Owen is a member of the National REO Brokers Association, National Association of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. Owen has completed classes in land use planning, land sales, development, new home sales and construction, foreclosures and REO, buyer and seller representation and many more. Owen has many years of experience in REO (foreclosure) property sales, investing, new construction and development. Owen is one of the top foreclosure/REO sales agents in the area and is a member of the National REO Brokers Association.

Dolores Bearden- Dolores joined the Welch Team in 2007 after a 12 year career as a licensed Realtor and office manager for a large competing national real estate franchisee. She brings a depth of knowledge unparalleled by most assistants and office managers in this area. She handles day to day administrative tasks as well as ensures all advertisments and files are in order. Dolores assists with contracts and uses her 12 years of experience to help us ensure that all required paperwork is filled out promptly and correctly. We are lucky to have her on our team!

I am very experienced in REO (foreclosures), new construction and resales. I list and market homes for both local and national banks. I also work with several local builders and have personal experience building homes. I pride myself on local market knowledge, pricing and understanding building/development needs.
