Pierce City, MO Quilt Show 2009

quilts

The MO Broker got a couple of hours of Me-Time today. Thought you might get a kick out of the eye candy I got to see while running around Pierce City.

I ran into a past client and promised to post photos where she can find them. We all love getting inspired by quilters from the past, present and possibly the future. Happy stitching! cw

Too late for the Marketing Contest but...not too late to check out MO Land for SALE!

horses in a field

Special Thanks to Russel for starting the Marketing in Nature Contest. If you haven't voted for your favorites run do so now, I will wait>

That was fun wasn't it? I learned a lot, how about you? I didn't get but one entery submitted but I enjoyed the creative process watching what the other peers were up too.

What I took away from the 'spirit' of the contest is that it is OK to view the things around us and playfully use that experience in our presentation of self and/or service.

I had taken this picture out my back door a couple of years ago. The camera was not fancy, the subject matter wasn't 'staged' yet it is one of my favorite shots to remind myself that WE HAVE Great Land in Missouri. (Some of it is even on the Market FOR SALE).

To assist customers who are looking in our areas I have added additional sites to aid in your search. Of course the easiest of all is to just call me and let me do it for you. 417-366-0057

NO Client is too Small- I am a full service Broker in the OZARKS!

I got a text message the other day from our Oldest Daughter. Her boss is in a situation and needs immediate help.

Of Course I am here to SERVE!

Joplin to Springfield and in between. (as a disclosure, just because I CAN help you BUY or SELL anywhere doesn't mean I am going too)

To make a short story long- EBONY is a 2 yr old FEMALE Lionhead-Rabbit looking for a new place to call home.

Hubby said to bring her home b/c he hasn't had stew in awhile (seriously do you guys think that is funny?)- NOT-

I offered her to my Wednesday Night Bible class to the "student who did their Best". Amazing class with perfect kids, (I did get a talking to from one parents who suggest I need to ASK first before trying to give away Live Pets!) I answered back that the 'parent' needs to say YES- & THANK YOU when offered such a generous gift!

Shannon from my office in OZARK is looking for a tame rabbit for her daughter, she asked that I send a picture. I think that if I am going to take a photo I am going to get some advertising out of it.

Mo Broker loves RE/MAX!

There is a lot of stuff going on in the Real Estate Industry right now.

I am so proud to be associated with a National (Inter-National) company.

The tools and resources provided to our agents surpass any that I have seen.

Even in a small local market (its all local isn't it?) I am blessed with the peers and technology to serve my clients well.

This Missouri Broker loves RE/MAX! Here's a little BRAG I want to share.

While I am on the Tooting the Horn mode let me throw in a picture of our Ribbon Cutting last week.

I know the photo looks distorted but I did that on purpose.

One reason is I just love to see the Red, White and Blue in our Office Sign.

Another is I get an instant slimming down with out the exercise.

I have the best(est) office in South West Missouri to work with. The Brokers, Agents and support Staff are all "Above the Crowd"

If you are in the area, drop by and see our New Office. We are just across from Lambert's in OZARK!

1715 James River Rd---

I'll introduce you to some of my 'favorite' agents.

The rest of the office is pretty great too.

Missouri voters call your Senator-

As a Disclaimer: I am not one to forward e-mails or jump on the bandwagon of what ever is coming down the road. That being said- I do think that when a citizen has a concern that they should be able to make their thoughts known.

Today I particiapted in a round of "call your Senator". I know it is a little game that others do way more often then I do. If you live and work in our lovely state of Missouri and have a thought or two that you want to voice, I suggest you do so too.

The phone number for Claire is 417-868-8745 you may get a prompt to enter 1,0 and then a chance to record your opinion, (and your zip-code)

My verbal vote was NO- I won't tell you on what- I am not here to go all political on my readers, just want to remind you that we have a voice- I am a use it or lose it type of gal.

If you want to share your views, feel free to do so in the comment section- if I agree with them you can be my best friend, if not- delete(seriously just kidding)- bring on the debates- gotta love the grass roots stuff- be good cheryl(putting on my politically incorrect hat)willis
