During the last year, I had the plesure of selling these 2 Ocean View properties in a neighborhood that increased $150,000 during my clients searches. We wanted ocean view and affordable. This little pocket of Rancho Palos Verdes that borders on the Terranea Developement and Palos Verdes Estates is the best speculative investment I believe a buyer can make in the Palos Verdes Pennisula.

Mary negotiated through 5 offers for us until we found our ocean view home in 2007. We were in a Seller's market and we kept making bids over asking 15,000.00 to as much as 35,000.00. Sometimes we were the highest bidder and we would lose for terms,seller's decisions or Mary would advise us that it was not a good purchase. She would tell us to be patient and wait.
