Despite all that you are hearing in the news today is the time to buy in Charlottesville, Virginia. Why today? Well if you look outside you will still see a bleak winter landscape. Howere if you look closely you will begin to see buds on the trees and daffodils about to open. In a couple of weeks our area will be at its most beautiful and the prime spring market will be starting. We will have an influx of visitors to the area and some of those visitors will be buyers.
