I have thirty years of marketing management experience. I was National Director of Marketing and International for largest wine estate in Oregon and prior to that w/Heublein Corp. out of Napa Valley. Got involved in real estate because I love a challege and that same time being able to interface with prospective buyers and seller's. I pride myself on being extremely thorough in my pursuits and representation of my clients. I have done well and I have no concern on all the media hype of the national real estate scenario. I am in a special niche that is a destination market, THE OREGON COAST. I avoid complex scenarios and try to keep things simple and simply do not blow smoke. I have respect for my clients and have a sincere desire that they always remain my clients. I put my family first but mu dedication to the industry that I have chosen is paramount and keeps me active which is what drives me.

My areas of expertise' fall in to no particular categories. I am comfortable with representing both buyers and sellers in transactions be it homes, land, farms, beachfront, ocean view, inland ,multiple dwellings, mountains and commercial, I can sit here as I write this and say I have had no complaints from any client that I have represented. I simply take the backseat to no one in my industry because I believe in myself and excercise a great deal of tenacity in my pursuits.
