It is interesting when we get calls from frustrated buyers in the world that are having a heck of a time finding available properties that can actually be purchased.
They are running into issues with Short Sales and the agent's not updating the systems. I say, that may never change, but you can use systems that have actual IDX feeds, which don't not have only properties uploaded by agents.
Not all at once, but they are in process. Here are a few photos with the links (click on the photos) to see the specific search engines. You will be able to search for three categories of Foreclosures in the Santa Clarita Valley. Bank Owned, Auctions and pre-foreclosures.

Days on Market is what DOM stands for. Both should be of concern to any buyer that is approaching Short Sales to purchase. The other thing you will need to know is how the Short Sale home, condo or town-home is being structured.
