It has not been without trying on my part and being on Active Rain as a on topic and consistent blogger and social net worker. However, I ran Santa Clarita Real Estate and Paris911.com came into position one. I double checked the spelling and was still there.
I am not crazy nor a few cans short of a six pack - But I will not check again because just having seen it once and extending my Sincere Gratitude to Active Rain, Kinetic Knowledge and Link U Systems, I am ready to move on and do some real blogging!!!
We have needed to adjust with this market as we have done in the past 10 years since our start. We also have been blessed to have coupled with some of the largest banks in the handling of their Assets, Marketing and Closing have become second nature to The Paris911 Team.
Recently I have been asked to put together a resume that outlines our capabilities and would be able to be reviewed by some Corporate Level People and Investment Firms that are looking to sell their newly acquired "Block" purchases in and around the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas.

We have several resources that are available to anyone for the asking. In fact you don't have to ask in person - we have it posted here and elsewhere on the world wide web. This includes updated links to portals that have their content directly from the Local Multiple Listing services and Boards of Realtors.
When you are on the prowl to see what is going on in the market - there is only one resource I know of that works and does so very well. That is our http://HomeValue911.com site that has our four market snapshot portals posted for ease of use.
If you are wanting to search for homes as Agents do - You have to go no further than to check out our Free and Premium Listing Book Service - It is fantastic!!!

Don't neglect any of the social networks for building Referral Networks. You can just browse Google for Social Networks to get a huge amount of responses. Anywhere on the WWW where you have a chance to write something about yourself and put your website address is something that is of benefit.
Having said that, try to stick with the Big Ones, such as Linked In, here is our profile.
