Here is the latest information concerning Santa Clarita Real Estate and its more current Report by the one and only Paul Atkins. A very nice man and an agent that works in the same office as Paris and I. This one only works if you currently have iTunes on your computer. Mike Price out of Texas offers his http://mlbroadcast.com solution that is podcasted all over this green Earth. And in places that are not so green. Just another Resource that Paris911 at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita and RE/MAX of Valencia place in our arsenal to make sure that we are able to attract buyers for our sellers from everywhere.

Doing so will ensure the maximum amount of exposure for each of our listings and if you have been in this business for any amount of time, you know that an old saying is "The More Signs you have our there on properties for sale, the busier you will be."

I would say that was good for then - But we must adjust for the NOW - And the more signs you have on Active Rain, and the WWW - The busier you will be.

We are not Lenders - But what about a Self Directed Individual Retirement Account?

All right, we have explained again and again about what we believe to have been the downfall to the Real Estate Industry. We keep our fingers on the many pulses in and around Real Estate. But we have also been blessed with a lot of nice people on our end that are all about the educational aspect with regard to their wares.

Enter Mike Meena at Augusta Financial- He is always thinking and re-thinking the Lending Arm of Real Estate. He is also a man of Honor - I know this because he has proven himself with our Clients and to Paris and I. He continues to keep us on line with all of the Happenings in the Lending Community.

As a Realtor, you might not want to get involved with the Lending aspect of Real Estate - But if you don't you are doing your Clients a huge disservice. You should know what works, that loan products are being offered and able to offer opinions about what you might think is the best. I have run, however, into agents that look at me as if I am CRAZY (I get that look quite a lot) - When I start to discuss Qualification procedures and how to qualify and what questions to ask the Lenders.

I have to know how it works - I suggest you call your lender and ask them for a couple days to sit in their offices as a fly on the wall and just watch and absorb - A Day without Learning... Well, you know the rest!!!
