I would never have a private sector person trust me just because I am Connor MacIVOR, I would never ask the bank to do that either.

What a blessing Top Producer and their products have been. I went into it kicking and screaming, but have now embraced it and started to use it to help prospective clients.

So much so that if you type in any city (we actively work) followed by a 911.com you will be taken to these pages that have been built that show the Market Snapshot in its full Glory coupled with the Community and School Reports. Ventura county and Santa Clarita with the Antelope Valley have been completed. I have to continue with the cities within the San Fernando Valley.

How does it work? The system goes directly into the local MLS database and obtains that real time date. Then in about thirty minutes it will send the user/client a Market snapshot that is interactive. Not just a e-mail list of the happenings. A Real Time Snapshot that is able to be looked at utilizing a Map Interface and other wonderful portals to view the data obtained.
