The Orlando Sentinel released a news report this past Wednesday that offers home owners a bit of hope in an otherwise dreary market. While home values in metropolitan Orlando dropped another 4.7% in the fourth quarter of this last year, the rate of deflation slowed in Orlando and other parts of central Florida, signaling that the market may be nearing a bottom.
