There's an old saying that says that trouble doesn't last always. I want to write this blog to encourage myself, as well as others in our industry. Although admittedly these are tough times for our country, and our industry, we will eventually flourish again.To stay positive, I keep my "sunnyside" friends and colleagues in my circle. I also focus on where I want to be in my career in the next six months to a year, and beyond. Keep whatever your desire is in front of you, and in your heart. This is a great time to focus on giving back, such as volunteering at a shelter, or donating to a food bank. There is always a way to be of service to others if we just look around. We can also be ready for the opportunity when the market recovers by assisting those future buyers with what they need to be able to purchase. Many buyers have suffered financially and need someone to guide them toward rebuilding credit, etc. Even if a buyer or seller can't make a move now, they will eventually. This is our opportunity to be of service. Let's count our blessings.
