NEW ~ NH CONSUMER INFORMATION FORM Relationship in Real Estate

I like the new New Hampshire Consumber Information form and how it relates to relitionships in real estate. This makes for easy reading for the customer/client. The material in this brouchure is intended to assist consumbers in making a wise decision regarding a real estate transaction in NH. It lays it out in a clear consice way as to what "hat everyone involved wears"

If you would like to see it go to Relationships @ http://www.nh.gov/nhrec/adrules.html let me know what you think of it please.Search the entire MLS FREE @

YIPPIE! IT'S NEW YEAR'S EVE AT LAST!

Finally ! It's NEW YEAR'S EVE and I am so ready to begin a NEW YEAR. I am hoping that the new year will bring some nice things all the way around. As a Realtor I'd love the see a better market that's for sure but not sure that will happen any too soon. Just to see some positive press for a change would be a beginning some nice weather and an early spring would also help....Especially here in "The Live Free or Die State of NH" Portsmouth NH Real Estate should you care to come visit.

I do consider myself lucky indeed~when I was out tonight to get a pizza and the wind was blowing the new fallen snow all around my face and we slipped down a hill in the 20 degree temperature, I couldn't imagine me as a pioneer. Trying to keep the camp fire going, the wind blowing through the covered wagon, frozen food, sickness, freezing cold temps day after long dark day.....I never would have survived for very long. I really was delighted to get home and turn on the lights, push up the heat and snuggle into my warm Jammie's......"be it ever so humble, there's no place like home" Thank you Lord for everything.

"Happy New Year Everyone from me to all of you and the best for the NEW YEAR! Yippie.. bring it on."

18 Miles of Beautiful Oceanfront/ Seacoast NH/ Location is Everything!

Beautiful Seacoast NH is for the most part a consistent real estate market compared to other inland towns. There is only 18 mile of ocean front and everyone wants to be on it. The of course will drive the price up due to the demand. While overall the market has been down but we have maintained a reasonably steady real estate market through 2008 with all it's "down turn." Location, location, location.....it's everything. Seacoast NH is only 45 mins. to downtown Boston, and likewise to Manchester, NH and Portland, ME. We are just , mins over the bridge into Kittery, ME and a short ride to the MA line into lovely Newburyport, MA..... Immediate to all major highways which everyone likes for sure. If you like the mountains to skii or hike, it's only an hour's drive. What more could you want, summer, spring, winter and of course fall one of the prettiest seasons to visit. Come visit anytime of year and give me a call when you do, I'll be happy to show you around. Search the entire MLS system anytime @ www.patricia4realestate.com and you can always email me @ sold@patricia4realestate.com. I've be happy to hear from you either way! Happy New Year to All!
