Hello everyone, the Holidays are here! I would like to start off by wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. To all the struggling Realtors out there, don't be so quick to give up. If anything let the season inspire you to work harder to achieve those goals for 2009. Sit down now with your Manager and put together a solid business plan to guide you through the new year. If you feel shy or funny about asking your Manager for help, ask me. I have all the info you need for a solid business plan. Here at Re/Max Preferred our goal is to help as many agents as possible become successful. Even if you don't work for this office, you might co-op with one of our experienced agents. So give me a call or send me an email if you want a free business plan.
I receive multiple text messages a day about Real estate in Sewell, NJ. I like talking to people through text. They get the answer they want immediately and I get a happy client. If you are not using text messages to keep in touch, maybe you should be. But before you start, check with your cell phone provider to make sure it will not cost you an arm and a leg.
In a crazy market like this, the best thing to do is keep your nose to the grindstone. Instead of throwing your hands in the air and crying, do something about it. There are still agents making money. It doesn't matter how long you have been in the business. I know agents who have been doing this for less than 3 years and they are killing it. that's because they never stopped working. I have learned a very important lesson recently. The lesson is, never stop working. Pick a realistic goal and strive to make it. don't be afraid to talk about your goals either. Tell everyone you know. It will help keep you accountable. Treat this business like AT&T, Reach out and touch someone.
