About the Instructor:
Patrick Ritchie is the author of The Credit Road Map, an in-depth look into how the credit world works. He is a certified instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, a Senior GRI Instructor for the Arizona Association of REALTORS and owns the Ritchie School of Real Estate Finance. Patrick is a guest lecturer for the Ohio State University and Arizona State University. He serves as a member of the USA Today Small Business Panel and is a former Evans Scholar. His book, The Credit Road Map, is approved by the National Association of REALTORS and is required reading in finance and real estate classes at major universities. Internationally, Patrick has taught graduate students from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) about the American banking and credit system. He has been a speaker at the National REALTOR Conference and Expo, and writes articles for REALTOR magazine. Patrick just finished writing his second book, The Credit Road Map for the Self Employed.
