BANK OF AMERICA, CHASE BANK, WELLS FARGO - SHORT SALES
Being the top selling agent in my office for 2009 and 2010 in the Orlando area closing numorous short sale listings and foreclosures, I am in a quandry of sorts currently on one of my files.
I have been very successful in closing short sales over the past 5 years but I can honestly say that Chase Bank needs to get their act together. It's worse than waiting on a pregnancy! Seriously, a long drawn out process a Seller can endure but again it all depends on the negotiator you are assigned to. Some of Bank of America's short sales are not far behind but Wells Fargo has it going on. "2 Weeks" then "Bam" you have a negotiator!
I have closed short sales with Chase on numorous occasions having only "The Best" attorney handle ALL my closings and help with the negotiations. This is truly a MUST no matter what anyone says. No charge to the seller with the exeception of a title search... Seller's must take advantage of protecting their best interest.
Anyway, this one file just keeps going back and forth from supervisor back to a negotiator. It feels as if we are caught in a revolving door. Its been going on now for over a year but God Bless the CASH BUYER... he's hanging in there.
It just seems as though the banks just can't simplify...come on now...they have been doing this now for how many years? Get it together people!!
