“I could sense that Paula’s talent Is conveying aesthetic information, and it was absolutely clear that she had researched and trained her eye perfectly for staging homes. So I just knew that I could trust her advice. And despite my limited resources of time and money, I was able to prepare the house knowing her expertise would help me maximize my investment! Besides, I just felt a warm connection with Paula, and that was wonderful.” Tanya M., Seller

May 2008: SOLD in 9 days for more than $27K over asking price with multiple offers ! Hawthorne-area Craftsman-era house. SOLD to the very next buyers through the door! After 6 months on the market with no offers, my sellers did everything Paula suggested. A major piece of the staging was toning the sterile white walls with perfectly buyable paint colors in key areas. The minimal cost of the accent walls maximized the value of the house, amazing the clients with how quickly it worked.
SOLD day 1. Realtor increases asking price by $10,000.00 because of “added panache” resulting from color, lighting and finish consulting on whole house remodel.
SOLD in 2 days. During a 3-hour consultation, Staging cleared up visual distractions and improved traffic flow in crowded rooms.
Previously listed five months without a single offer, SOLD 14 days after staging. The offer came from a buyer who had seen the home during the original listing period and did not think he was interested after the first look.
SOLD 10 days after staging, had been on the market for a year. A $24K price increase was justified by the staging activities.
SOLD in 7 days. List price was “significantly higher than we had first thought to ask. We were thrilled with the effect of the staging.”
Busy street issues “went away” and the home “became more vibrant” with Key Elements’ staging. Feedback went from “too clean, too spare” to SOLD!
SOLD the first day on the market, with three back up offers! House was detailed, clean and showed flawlessly.
Priced higher than others on the block for improvements, this home SOLD the first day for FULL PRICE. All it took was a 3-hour hands-on staging session.
