What are some of the ways to use QR (Quick Response) codes for real estate?

"Quick Response" codes are specially designed bar codes which can be quickly scanned by smart phones or another enabled mobile device (ie. tablet pc's) to rapidly deliver information or direct the user to a website or other media such as a video online.

I've compiled my list of top three ways to incorporate QR codes into my business that has helped me save money and get new leads

1. Integrate QR codes into signs and riders: Over the course of the past year, I've added a QR code sticker that links to my youtube channel that hosts a virtual tour of the home listed for sale. Also adding it to my name decals on my signs helped direct traffic to my mobile website (given that they'll be scanning it from their mobile device) where they can search for all the listings in that neighbourhood from their mobile device (as long as they opt-in to use the mobile site) THE BEST ONE SO FAR IS (www.oneqrcode.com) where you use one QR code for all your signs!

2. Bring offline marketing back ONLINE: Who ever said print marketing is dead? Not anymore! By using QR codes in my print marketing, I can engage the consumer and entice them with a great call to action (M.O.F.I.R. - Make an Offer For an Immediate Response) to scan a QR code using a smart phone or other mobile device, and have them opt-in to gain access to the original offer in the call to action. I've used this on my business cards, post cards, calendars, etc... to direct traffic to my facebook fanpage, mobile IDX website for buyers, and more!

3. QR code Car decals - This one hasn't got me in trouble yet (WARNING- some think it's a good idea, and some think it's bad, but depends when the QR code is being scanned. Intended to be scanned while stopped at a red light or while parked in a parking lot.) Getting a big QR code on the back window or side doors of your car would be great for those already advertising on their vehicles for the same purpose as those listed above to be able to drive traffic into your lead funnel.

I'm sure there are many more uses for QR codes in real estate and would like to know how other real estate professionals have used QR codes successfully in their marketing efforts.
