We're grinding to no market at all! But even though there was almost no activity in the escrow offices, we can see that homes priced for the market are selling very quickly. The single home that closed in Bainbridge Island sold in 8 days, and the single condo that closed lasted only 5. Poulsbo boasted a sale in 4 days. Sellers are starting to understand how it works.
