Still a very sluggish market (buyers are probably waiting for Spring weather). One home in Bainbridge finally closed after 5.3 years (years, not months!) on the market. That's because buyers able to pay over 6 million dollars are hard to find.

The market seems to be keeping pace with the weather. We know it will change (and for the better), but we don't know the day. The good news is that the homes that closed this week were on the market for less time than in the past year, and 3 homes brought offers in less than a week. Sellers are beginning to listen to their listing agents, I believe.
