Water damaged drywall ceiling repair in Melbourne,Florida.
The Ceiling repair, Started by cutting out the water damaged drywall ceiling, install furring strips, tape, mud, skim coat, texture (orange peel), prime and paint ceiling Sherwin Williams-Super paint semi-gloss. Couldn't even tell there was ever a problem in that area when the reair was done.

It's a common dilemma among condo owners that I'm sure most of you have seen. The ugly out dated grid lighting system in a Condominium or Home. Whether your trying to sell a condo, trying to give suggestions on remodeling or your looking for an easy update. This process that I have developed will turn any of these eyesore's into a show piece that the buyers will love and their neighbors will envy.

Kitchen Light Before:

After Kitchen Light is removed. It's time for a little drywall and mud work:

After the drywall was repaired, It was ready for me to apply a new and modern texture called Skip Trowel:

After the Skip Trowel was applied we added crown molding around the perimeter of the new kitchen trey ceiling:

Primed and painted with Sherwin Williams Super Paint:

Florecent lights were installed behind the crown molding for an elegant look:
