I wanted to start this group Builder-Contractors Corner to have a place where ActiveRain Builder-Contractors and all other ActiveRain members would have a place to come together and interact with any questions, feedback, photos and anything else that could be discussed. We are just getting started and need members. Please check back every once in while. I think we will have some good info on here once it gets going. This could help sell a house! What a difference a little paint can make. Check out these Before and After photos of a Melbourne, Florida exterior repaint. After we pressure washed this Melbourne home we repaired all of the staircase stucco cracks, applied a clear sealer (due to chalkyness), and applied two coats of Sherwin Williams A100 satin exterior paint.

These Sandhill cranes enjoyed watching us paint this Melbourne,Fl home today, almost as much as we enjoyed watching them. Talk about loyal parents. They will not fly until thier chick is able to fly too. They were nice to watch.

I have had a number of contractors do work on homes I have owned over the years and Peck Drywall and Painting is only the second that I would rate as completely professional. Beginning with an extremely user friendly well laid out website, promptness in giving an estimate for doing a knockdown textured ceiling and then scheduling and completing the job as well as cleaning up after themselves, the only thing I can say is professional, professional, professional.
