Reid's Prospect in Woodbridge Virginia Offers Many New Homes Under $600,000

It's exciting to drive down the Prince William Parkway past Reid's Prospect everyday and to see just how quickly that new community is taking shape. People always ask where are all the new homes for sale in Woodbridge. Reid's Prospect is just one of the newest sub-divisions in Woodbridge and it's located across the street from Ruby Tuesday's on the Prince William Parkway at County Center just outside of Lake Ridge.

I find it amazing people drive that stretch of road everyday and really have never ventured off the beaten path to check out what's happening. If you do, you will be amazed at all the construction. Houses are selling folks! This morning I took a drive at about 9:00 am to see what's going on in that community. If you've not heard of Reid's Prospect, then be glad you're reading this post, especially if you are looking for a new home close to all the services that Lake Ridge as to offer! The school that services Reid's Prospect will be Osbourn Park High School.

Reid's Prospectis scheduled to have 526 units that will consist of condominiums, town homes and single-family homes.The office segment will feature about seven office buildings, the first of which will be a 32,000 square-foot structure. Retail will be confined to the first floor of the office facilities and two free-standing restaurant sites. The Prince William Assocaition of Realtors has just begun the construction of a 15,000 square foot office building/campus in the the commercial section of Reid's Prospect. So there is a lot happening there.
