This past Saturday, Schell Brothers Pepper's Creek communities held two events that both turned out to be a hit! To start the day, the Woodlands of Pepper's Creek held a Kids Day from 9am-1pm which was filled with all kinds of events. Everything from water balloon and bean bag tosses to face painting and moon bounces. We even held our first annual Schell Brothers Rubber Ducky Race in the creek behind the homes. We had four races with great prizes to give away and we are already getting excited about next years!

The second half of the day was for the Marina at Pepper's Creek. From 12pm-4pm we held boat tours of Pepper's Creek and the Indian River Bay. It was a great way for new home shoppers to get a taste of the lifestyle here at the Marina. We could not have asked for a better day. Blue Sky's, calm waters, and great people! We are already planning our next boat tour for the end of the summer because it was something many were very upset to miss out on.

We are now getting ready for our boat show which will be held on July 25-26 at the Marina and will feature the local businesses as well as the near by boat dealers. It should be a great time even if you are not shopping for a boat. The Woodlands will be hosting a community yard sale for anyone that wishes to participate. We have free spots for all to set up and we will do the marketing for you. RSVP to Josh at 302.841.5705, spots are limited.

The weather is starting to be great on a consistent basis and both communities are looking picture perfect. Be sure to stop by and say hi at one or both of our Dagsboro, DE communities.

Peppers Creek

With Memorial Day just around the corner we have been gearing up to make Pepper's Creek a top priority on any home buyers list. With the beautiful weather we have been seeing, we now have the Woodlands in full bloom and it looks great. Most mornings I stroll in to see deer at the back of the community and turtles at the door step of our model (literally, check out the pictures on our facebook page). With this community surrounded by woods, creeks, and town parks it is no secret why anyone would want to live here. We are about to start a new building so definitely come down and check it out. You will witness first hand why our construction is second to none.

The Marina at Pepper's Creek is moving right along as well. We will be building a new Scarborough on home site 117 and the buyers are very excited about their new home. They will be taking full advantage of the private ramp and boat slip available. We also have new prices for all homes sold in the 1st phase so definitely come down and check out how you too can take advantage of great prices in this waterfront community. Only a few home sites left in the first 1st phase.

Well we got our one good snowfall in before spring comes. Pepper's Creek saw it's first snowfall this past week recieving about 4-5 inches. The community looks like a winter wonderland, especially the creek, but with temps suppose to reach upper 60's and possibly 70's this coming weekend, I don't think its going to last.

The good news is temperatures will be very nice to take a tour of our communities and hopefully everyone will see some great traffic. We also will be working on video's for our website and facebook page. They should be posted next week so definitely check them out. This should give anyone that hasn't been to the Pepper's Creek communities a good idea of how great or small quiet neighborhood is.

And of course, don't forget to turn your clocks forward Sunday, the 8th!
