STATISTICAL DATA
The number of active listings are up less than 1% over last year.
The number of new listings are down this week 20.81% (compared to the same week last year).
Pendings are either up this week or down, depending on the data you look at. Pendings for 2/10/2008 - 2/16/2008 was 166 when we ran the numbers last year. Today, if you pull Pendings for last year, that number is 490. So either there has been a over a 100% increase or a 30% decrease. Typically, we always compare data that is pulled the Monday following the week. In this case, I am not sure that last years numbers are relevant.
Solds residential units are down 34.33% compared to the same week last year.
