North End

Brigantine North end is a beautiful area and offers approximately 14 blocks of easy access to the beach and all the fun you can have on this end of the island. You may enjoy the surf, surf fishing, wave riding, nature walking and watching for the natural wildlife, boating, four wheel access to the wide open beaches, sport fishing, or just sunbathing on the beach. You will need a permit to use the drive on beach.

A-Zone

Brigantine A-Zone offers spacious single family homes in a neighborhood with recreation and community opportunities. This neighborhood starts at 15^th street and goes up to 31^st Street and covers from the bay to the ocean. This neighborhood has an extensive selection of single family homes, including both pre-owned and new construction homes for sale. The heart of the A-Zone neighborhood has access to both the ocean and the bay and offer water front homes and bay front homes for sale. A walk to the beach fr0m the bay is only three to four blocks because the Brigantine Island is very narrow in this area. South End
