There are currently some incredible values in Sandy Springs, Georgia homes for sale. It amazes me to think that only a few years ago the dream owning a home in Sandy Springs was, for most people, just that; a dream. Prices were through the roof! But now, due to the decline in home prices and the incredible buyers market we are experiencing, I am constantly stumbling across some really great bargains.

Sandy Springs foreclosures, bank-owned properties, and short sales provide an excellent opportunity to buy a home in this hot Atlanta neighborhood. For example, here is a home that appraised for 460K only a couple of years ago. Today, it is on the market for 329K!

I think Sandy Springs is one of the best locations in the Greater Atlanta area. Situated on the top end of the Perimeter, you have easy access to I-285 and Highway 400. The northern arc of Atlanta has experienced the most growth and Sandy Springs is situated right at the base of that growth. It is only a few miles north of Buckhead and the soon to be constructed Streets of Buckhead. Perimeter Mall and some of the best shopping in the south are in Dunwoody, which is right next to Sandy Springs.

There is a nice mix of homes and condos for sale in Sandy Springs, GA. You have great neighborhoods with renovated homes and high-end nearly new executive homes along side of high-rise condos and townhomes. There is truly something for everyone in Sandy Springs!

Now is truly an incredible time to buy a high-rise condo in Atlanta. My favorite part of town for the high-rise lifestyle is Buckhead. You can walk to some of the best restaurants, nightlife, and shopping in the entire southeast. Imagine being able to walk to Phipps Mall and Lenox Square!

As of tody, there are 20 Eclipse condos for sale. Eclipse is a high-rise condominium project on Pharr Road, right next to the future site of The Streets of Buckhead. In fact, it overlooks the Streets of Buckhead. The Streets of Buckhead is a very high-end project by Ben Carter. Many are already calling it the Rodeo Drive of the South.
