Crossville Real Estate ---- Choice Realty Buyer Bonus ---"Home Buyer Rebate"
Here I go again! Choice Realty & Pam Dunn are giving another buyer a rebate.
Wow! I just love giving my buyers a " Home Buyer Bonus".These clients stuck with me, did their homework, viewed the Cumberland Cove subdivision on their own, viewed only a few homes and got the maximum money back! They were thrilled. Their BONUS will cover their taxes for the year and much more!
At first my buyers did not understand why I would give them back money. When I explained that they have done alot of the work-why should I get all the commission? I have been able to work with 5 other clients ,trying to find their dream home-I am happy to share my commission. More clients, more commission-everyone is happy! I am proud to be a Real Estate Agent that helps others. Of course some agents in my town are not so happy but.......
Just closed on a darling home yesterday and gave my buyers $620.00 back as their BUYER BONUS!
It makes me feel so good to give something back-to help someone not only find the perfect home but to put money back in their pocket! I love the look on their faces-for some reason they really do not expect me to give it to them. When I have been telling them through the entire process the amount they will receive. All I hope is that they tell someone else. I hope to give lots of money back!!!
Choice Realty of Tennessee has changed the face of real estate in Crossville Tennessee, and I am proud to be a part of it. Our Buyer Bonus program has allowed me to work with more clients, they do not feel the pressure of most agents, for much of the work is up to them and they go at their own pace. I know they are happier-and definitely have more money in their pocket!

Times will be changing while the Baby Boomers start to retire. If you were born between 1946 and 1964-YOU are a Baby Boomer. There are 76 million of us strong! We are money savvy, hard working, and have a work ethic that does not exist in the younger adults now in the work force.
Corporations are going to miss us! OK- we are not as computer knowledgeable as the X generation, but we still have much to be desired. The first boomers born in 1946 turn 65 in 2011-that is 3.4 million people. One third to two-thirds expect to retire in 2011. There are many that want to continue to work, whether it is they love what they do or do not have enough in savings.
The health industry will be bombarded with us in the emergency rooms or doctors offices as we age. It has been a concern that there will not be enough practitioners to take care of us-very scary! The average RN is in their mid 40's. I do hope that today's youth will see what is in the near future and join the health profession. We need to encourage our grandchildren!
The real estate profession will see a surge of sales till 2030. This is when the last of the boomers reach 65. In 2006,35% of all home sales were second homes and boomers made up the majority of buyers. 4/10 boomers have second homes already.Their accumulated wealth has allowed them to have that luxury.
In a survey of retiring boomers-they want a second/retirement home to be within 2 hours of their primary residence. Outdoor activities are a must. Small rural communities are on the top of the list.
At www.TopRetirement.com you can find the top places chosen for retirees.Tennessee is in the top 10.Crossville Tennessee has a great feature article which gives demographics, pictures and many statistics.
Tennessee is also in the top 5 featured in IDEAL LIVING magazine.
I am a Baby Boomer and have moved to Crossville Tennessee for all the reasons noted in the article mentioned above.Come check out the Cumberland Plateau-"The Affordable Paradise"
