Please Let Me Pay You!

In the turbulent market we are in now - things must change in how we sell Real Estate. This is a no brainer! The buyer is very savvy and knowledgeable compared to 4 years ago, so why do things the same way?

I know my client has searched the Internet for homes to purchase, they have driven around neighborhoods to find the ones that fit them the best. They have researched schools, taxes and local color to find their niche. So why are they paying the traditional fees of the past?

I say "Let Me Pay You-Please!" I will pay you to do the pre-work! I am glad you have saved me time of research, gas money and headaches of figuring out what you want.We all know that what a client originally wants changes when looking at the neighborhood or looks at the schools. I appreciate the client saving me time so I can concentrate on marketing, continuing education and contract negotiation skills. I will gladly pay them part of my commission! So I say "Please Let Me Pay You!"

Most real estate companies continue to do business the traditional way and get away with out offering real estate rebates to their home-buying clients. One of the biggest reasons traditional agents get away with not offering rebates is because most homebuyers are not very well informed about buyer rebates. It does not cost the Buyer anything! We ask that you choose to work exclusively with us and for that, we give you a rebate after closing in the way of a Visa gift card to be used just like cash.

Ask just about any traditional real estate agent what he / she thinks about giving back part of their commission to their home buying clients in the form of a real estate rebate and you get many different responses. Most Big Brand Name Real Estate companies continue to do business the traditional way and get away with out offering real estate rebates to their home-buying clients. But not at Choice Real Estate. Go to www.choiceoftn.com for more information, or visit my website www.cumberlandmountainplateau.com.

One of the biggest reasons traditional agents get away with not offering rebates is because most homebuyers are not very well informed about buyer rebates. While there is no law on the books in any state that says real estate agents must offer a rebate. Homebuyers should at least know they exist and have some basic knowledge about how rebates work so they may make an informed decision when it comes to using an agent that offers a rebate or one that does not.

Rebates provide homebuyers with far more than just a couple of bucks back. A good homebuyers rebate can add up to thousands of dollars off the price of your next home purchase. The rebate my company offers is up to .005%.
Buyers are very savy now. They do their research on the internet and know which homes they want to look at. So if you have completed most of the work ,why not be rewarded for it? We ask that you choose what homes you want to see by driving by and view the front of the home and the neighborhood. Then we take over and get you in the home.

Traditional real estate agents love to use the word discounters. It's their way of cheapening the innovative ways we so called discounters have come up with to save real estate consumers (buyers and sellers) thousands of dollars on a single real estate transaction.

The rebate process is very simple. In any real estate transaction there is a buyer and a seller. A listing agent works with the seller and a buyer's agent works with the buyer. The party / person who pays all the commission in a real estate transaction is the home seller. Buyers never pay a commission. .

I would love to explain this program to you, so call Pam Dunn at Choice Real Estate today 931-277-3327 or 877-TENN4ME located at 7387 Plateau Road Crossville Tn 38571.

FIRST TIME HOME BUYER'S TAX CREDIT 2009!

The tax credit included in the economic stimulus legislation is equilivant to 10% of the home purchase price or a maximum of $8000. The credit applies only to first time home buyers and principal residences.

First Time Buyers Defined: A first time home buyer per the current legislation is someone who has not owned a primary residence within 36 months of the new home purchase date. Vacation home ownership will not affect the 2009 tax credit.

Why Should I Buy A Home?

03-11-09
PAM DUNN

This question was asked of me ,by a friend, who is renting an apartment at this time. I asked, don't you know?? It became clear that there may be many people out there that DO NOT understand the many reasons that home ownership is beneficial to them. So I made a list to share with her and you!

1. Tax benefits-To reduce the money you pay to Uncle Sam- especially first time home buyers( Now get an $ 8000 credit).

2.Self Esteem- Wouldn't it feel wonderful to know you own your own home? How proud you would be to say " This is Mine-I have saved and now own my dream home".

3.Building Equity- This is normally the largest purchase anyone ever makes, and your money grows for you in the increasing value of the home.

4.Stability- Now you have a reason to plant some roots and stay awhile. Most renters move around so much that they can not call anyplace their true home.

5.Relationships- Now you can develop relationships with neighbors that could become lifetime friends. How many times have you thought of visiting someone, to find they have moved and do not know the area of where they are and dismiss the idea of a visit.

6.Increase Your Knowledge-Owning a home forces you to learn budgeting, handy-man tricks, creative thinking and decorating.

7.Responsibility- You learn very quickly to be responsible when owning a home.

I know I have learned so much with every home I have owned. Why throw away money on RENT?? There are many great deals on homes now, which only increases the equity for you.

With Choice Real Estate- we give the buyer back part of our commission. Another good reason to buy! For more information visit www.choiceoftn.com or contact Pam Dunn , your Consumer Advocate at 931-210-8655 or www.cumberlandmountainplateau.com.
