As I look out my office window enjoying the beautiful blue sky,knowing that Monday we are to get 3-4 inches of snow, I still am in love with Eastern Tennessee weather. I use to live in Colorado where the saying is" If you do not like the weather-wait a few hours and it will change". Well that is very true here also. The weather is so various that you can enjoy something different every few days.

The summers are not too hot or humid. The winters are not too cold or snowy compared to the North. It is the best of the best! We have 4 wonderful seasons. Fall is absolutely gorgeous with every shade of gold,red, and green. North Carolina has nothing on us! The Cumberland Plateau is about 5 degrees cooler than Nashville or Knoxviile-that you have to remember when watching the news.

If you have not visited Eastern Tennessee- where Crossville, Monterey, Livingston and Cookeville are than you are missing the prettiest part of the state. Come enjoy this wonderful climate-where the mountains kiss the sky!

There is a Real Estate agent on every corner. What makes a consumer pick one over another? It is your personality,professionalism,knowledge and communication style that makes a big difference. I have found that it is also your ability to help the consumer find information to help them with their move, no matter how far the move may be. Well I diagree. I have a client that is moving from California to our wonderful state of Tennessee and he is clueless to finding- attorneys, furniture stores, churches etc...... I have taken it upon myself to guide him the whole way. yes , it is taking up much time, but guess what? His sister-in-law is now planning on moving to Tennessee, and guess who is showing her around? She said she is planning on definitely buying on her first visit-because I have been such a valuable resource to her brother-in-law. It makes me feel so good to help someone new to the area. I love living in Crossville, Tennesse on the gorgeous Cumberland Plateau and enjoy sharing my resources with my client. Don't get me wrong, I am not just tooting my horn--I want all agents to be an advocate for the public. Many people feel Real Estate agents are sharks, I want to change that perception, at least in my area.
