Over the last few months the sales prices in the Townes of Orange Hunt have taken a positive turn upwards.

The last two "regular" sales closed at $284,000 and $330,000 respectively. The second sale of an end unit was a flip from a short sale purchase in May. Year to date in the Townes of Orange Hunt the average sale price has been $270,961 with an average subsidy of $5,325 for a net sales price of $257,605.

It is always good to see a positive move in a neighborhood and though there are still one more short sale on the market to close which most likely will bring the average sales price down again slightly.
