I have been working in the Real Estate industry in Northern Colorado since 1992, through the highs and lows of the market. Through continuing education in the industry, I have earned a GRI designation. I have repeatedly earned top sales awards while at Century 21, Greeley. I am currently developing a better way to assist the seller in the down market by providing a more equitable product and service. How many times have you run into the seller that believes that a real estate professional is nothing more than an unneccesary expense? I am here to show these sellers the value that a trained and dedicated real estate professional can provide.

On the side, I have worked with a BPO brokerage to produce market analysis' for lenders for the last 15 years. That gives the lender a picture of value so the home can saved from foreclosure with a loan modification, or a short sale completed, or a new loan created. This work gives me the ability to know the market in depth throught the various communities of the Northern Colorado region. A true wealth of knowledge.

Our team of three agents cover the area from North of Denver to the Wyoming border. Dick Bullard has an office in Platteville and is comfortable with the Adams, Weld, and Jefferson Counties. Pam Worster, lives in Berthoud and has knowledge and experience in Weld, Larimer, and the North Boulder Counties. Phil Rangel lives in Greeley and covers the Weld county areas as well as venturing out into the plains of eastern Colorado. We have all had 10 to 20 years of real estate brokerage experience.

We have opened a central location office in Johnstown, CO. We can grow in all directions of our regional location.
